FREE cable replacement for affected model ATH-AD2000, ATH-AD1000PRM, ATH-A950LTD, ATH-A900LTD and ATH-A900Ti

Audio-Technica Corp, today announced that it will launch a recall campaign to replace defective headphone cord for the following models ATH-AD2000, ATH-AD1000PRM, ATH-A950LTD, ATH-A900LTD and ATH-A900Ti. Those headphones did not have cable with “Independent Earth Structure” for left and right channels as described on the product package and specs sheets. Although there are no safety concerns when using these headphones, being a responsible manufacturer, we will replace the headphone cable free of charge for the affected models.

For Singapore customers who wish to replace the headphone cable, kindly send your headphone to our service centre together with purchase receipt.
For overseas customers who wish to replace the headphone cable, please send your headphone through your purchased distributor/dealers in your respective countries.
