LIMITED WARRANTY

WARRANTY COVERAGE: Audio-Technica Southeast Asia Pte Ltd (ATSEA) warrants this product including supplied accessories against defects in material or workmanship for the time period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase. If a defect exists, at its option ATSEA will (a) repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, (b) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product or another product with a value worth close to the original product, or (c) refund the purchase price of the product. A replacement product/part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes ATSEA’s property. When a refund is given, your product becomes ATSEA's property.
OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE: If you purchased the product in Singapore, deliver the product, at your expense, to service centre in Singapore. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, it may need to be sent to our Engineering Dept in Japan at your expense for repair or replacement. Some products may need insurance coverage due to its expensive nature, and the owner shall decides whether to sent the faulty product by local courier to ATSEA for repair . To determine if the product is eligible for this service, call ATSEA directly at the telephone numbers set out in the service and support reference material accompanying the product. If the product qualifies for this service, the telephone representative will provide further information and instructions. When you contact the ATSEA customer service, you will be asked to furnish your name, address, telephone number, and proof of the original purchase (receipt) containing a description of the product(s), purchase date, and the appropriate Apple serial number(s).
