Our product are available through a network of authorized distributors, as well as from dealers.
Limited Warranty
All Audio-Technica products supplied by Audio-Technica (S.E.A) Pte Ltd are guaranteed for ONE year from date of purchase to be free of defects in materials and workmanship.
In event of such defect, the product will be repaired or replaced without charge.
Such products should be returned to the place of purchase, ie. the dealer or distributor together with proof of purchase. The dealer or distributor will return such products to Audio-Technica (S.E.A) Pte Ltd, ensuring that prior authority is sought from Audio-Technica (S.E.A) Pte Ltd. Should it not be possible to return products to the place of purchase, please contact Audio-Technica (S.E.A) Pte Ltd directly with details of the defects. Returned goods cannot be accepted without the appropriate returns authorization number.
The Audio-Technica warranty excludes defects due to normal wear, abuse, shipping damage, or failure to use the product in accordance with the instructions. This warranty is void in the event of unauthorized repair or modification, or removal or defacing of the product label and/or serial number.
